Refund Policy Subscriptions to ongoing courses and services such as the trading room are refundable as set forth in the order form of the services. Internet study packages that may be downloaded are not refundable.

Unauthorized usage the user must not use the Website or the services of the Company for any unlawful activity. The User must avoid and indemnify the Company and/or anyone on its behalf against any damage or loss due to the User: (a) insertion of malicious software into materials or computer files and/or transmission of computer viruses to other computers and/or disruption of the use of other computers of the Company or other users, (b) any use which can cause harm or disruption or limit the use of others in the Company’s services and/or which may lead to a breach of the rights of others (c) perform in conduct that is not acceptable on the internet, including harassment, threats, libels, humiliation, breach of privacy, and etc. (d) breaching these terms. RADULA 23 LTD may bring legal proceedings against the User in the User’s place of residence, according to the laws there, immediately and without prior arbitration, in relation to any breach of these terms or to collect funds when due.

Cancellation Policy Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Customer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa”a -2010, and Consumer Protection Act, 1981.

Miscellaneous If, at any time, any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, neither the legality, validity, or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement nor the legality, validity, or enforceability of such provision under the law of any other jurisdiction shall in any way be affected or impaired. Unless otherwise agreed, all notices, instructions, and other communications to be given by RADULA 23 LTD shall be given to the address or fax number provided
by the Client or via e-mail or other electronic means, details of which are provided by the Client to RADULA 23 LTD. Any complaint shall be made to [email protected]. All communications between RADULA 23 LTD and You will be in English unless otherwise agreed.
